Initial Tone Report:
Well, my ears are still ringing. We had this badboy dimed thru the Marshall offset yesterday. It is very rocking.
The Pasadena '80 in the neck sounds so tasty clean. Just an excellent full tone, very dynamic and versatile. I enjoyed some simple finger/thumb picking mellow leads with a soft touch, then biting into it a bit more with a pick which really brings it to life - all while leaving the guitar's volume on 10. Dynamic.
The Pasadena '86 in the bridge easily covers the rock when in the bridge position. It has a great snarl to it without sounding harsh or too overdriven. I pulled out a little Black Diamond from my youth, it was really close.
The other 3 positions on the 5 way all work well and compliment each other. A little Strat, a little Tele, and a big mid-position Les Paul...covers a lot of territory.
The piezo sounds really good too. This is only the second time, I believe, that I have used the ToM arrangement - excellent results for acoustic and blended tones. I'm thrilled with the results.

James, you rock!

Thank you my friend, see you soon to pick it up

Ron
