Well, Ron did it again...and so did Jason Lollar. These have to be some of the coolest sounding P90s I've heard. They're clearly P90s...but they're clearly clearer, heheh! They sound kind of like strat pickups that took steroids. Absolutely killer. These were custom made to fit in place of the original Hilo-Trons and Jason did a great job. I have his regular P90s in my Driskill and they to have the same 'clearer P90' sound to them.

And of course, Ron did a simply killer job on the pickup covers. Unreal. Now, at last, this guitar is gonna see some serious gig time!!

Being the wood pack rat that I am, the covers are made from the remnant pieces from that actual top. I pretty much save all cutoffs and label them for this exact scenario, even a couple years later :)
