A single piece of dark curly Koa is rarely available large enough to craft all the above appointments for a single instrument. This koa was in my private stash for many years, waiting to become the beautiful guitar you see here.

Elegant and regal, with a deep smoky tone that growls with rich harmonics. The Rio Grande P-90 pickups are a perfect match, allowing the guitar to produce anything from a lush rhythm to a snarling lead. Without a doubt - one of my favorite guitars.  Ron Thorn
